Join us early season as we continue working on finding our own authentic self, but this time surrounded by the unprecedented beauty of the Amalfi cliffs, the unmatched class of the Tyrrhenian beaches, the breath taking views of the Mediterranean Sea, while indulging into the mastery of the Italian cuisine!

Over the course of four unforgettable days we will have:
- An elegant Table Manners Class/dinning experience to stimulate our First Energy Center
- A ferry trip to Capri Island to stimulate our Second Energy Center
- Over lunch a discussion about the Third Energy Center
- 'Walk Like a Lady Masterclass' to stimulate our Forth Energy Center
- Over breakfast discussion about the Fifth Energy Center
- A visit to Villa Rufolo & a hike to Villa Chimbrone/ to stimulate our Sixth Energy Center
- After hike guided Meditation to stimulate our Seventh Energy Center.

Join us in late season as we continue working on finding our own authentic self, but this time surrounded by the unprecedented beauty of Lombardy's region, the unmatched class of the Art Nouveau's style, the breath taking views of the Bergamo Alps, while indulging into the mastery of the Italian cuisine!
